DESCRIPTION:The Buffalo and Erie County Library is holding a How To Festival, which will be full of people telling the public how to do all kinds of things.  Our theme will be “Vote with Power” and will have two aspects. The first will be a hands on activity, and that will be our standard voter registration activity.
