It will proceed from the Municipal Building on Manitou Street to Veterans Park.\nPulaski – a Polish nobleman, soldier, and military commander has been hailed as “The Father of American cavalry” and as “The Soldier of Liberty” thanks to his efforts in the American Revolutionary War, and as a general in the Continental Army.\n
