Stand for Justice Rally – WNY Lawyers Defending Democracy

The principles that are the foundation of our Democracy are under serious attack, and
our legal community has an ethical and moral responsibility to respond—clearly,
publicly, and with a united voice.
We invite you to join attorneys, law students and members of the legal community at a
Forum and Rally affirming our shared commitment to constitutional governance, an
independent judiciary, and equal justice under the law. This gathering is an opportunity
for the WNY legal profession to stand together and demonstrate that the rule of law
remains a foundational value of our profession and our
Democracy.

If our Democracy is to survive, we can and must speak out against the Administration's
attacks on lawyers, law firms, and the judiciary; and its disregard of the Constitution, Bill
of Rights and Rule of Law. We urge you to attend and to encourage colleagues,
