Volunteer: Artpark Concert – Ziggy Marley

ArtPark:  In collaboration with Good Neighbors Getting it Done, we have organized a number of voter registration drives before concerts at ArtPark. Tabling starts when doors open, and end when the concert starts. They last between 1-3/4 hours and 3-1/4 hours. When you go to SignUpGenius, you’ll see I am asking for 2 persons for each slot. There will also be folks from Good Neighbors there, too.   For the longer slots, we can decide as a group whether we want everyone in the group to be there at the same time, or would like to split the burden. These concerts have been chosen with an eye especially on concerts which are particularly attractive to young people and/or particularly well attended. The DJO concert has been singled out as an especially good venue in both categories. Once the concert has started, we will pack up and go home. If you are interested in staying for a particular concert, you will need to make your own arrangements. If you know of another concert you would be interested in attending and/or think would be a good audience for us, please let Sarah Metcalf (sara.metcalf@gmail.com) know and she’ll see what she can do.
