Dr. RJ Haq, a professor of political science at the University at Buffalo, who discussed recent voting data, voting reforms being considered in New York, including rank choice voting, and the impact of early voting on voter turnout. Of course, the attendees appreciated his comments, and we appreciated that he graciously stepped in when our scheduled speaker became ill.
