Please join us to honor Dr. Leah Angel Daniels, founder of Fostering Greatness, with the League’s Making Democracy Work Award. She has turned her negative experiences as a youth in the foster care system into positive experiences for youth, young adults, and alumni of the system, who are among the most underserved populations in Buffalo. Dr. Daniels was the guest speaker at our 2024 Holiday Party.

We will recognize Liz Zausmer for outstanding leadership with the Joan K. Bozer Leadership Award and Deborah Shiffner with the League LEE Award for her Longtime service with Excellence and Enthusiasm. Liz and Deborah have served our League with distinction and richly deserve our praise. The three awards will be presented at the luncheon.
