LEAGUE of WOMEN VOTERS of BUFFALO-NIAGARA

Election Services Committee

This committee conducts Candidate Forums at school boards, mayoral and local elections, and is instrumental with elections at the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority (BMHA)

We conduct Candidate Forums for local School Boards, Mayoral races and The Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority.

A diverse group of people hold a large "League of Women Voters" banner in front of a courthouse, with signs advocating for democracy and fair politics.

We conduct nominations, Meet the Candidates events, and Resident Council Elections at each BMHA community as needed

The Buffalo-Niagara Chapter engages in related activities requiring a high degree of integrity and trust such as holding random drawings (lottery) for entry to charter schools among others.
